Delivery Information

Delivery is free for items purchased online and will take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered after being collected by the courier company.

The option to pay a small fee to upgrade your delivery to a 24 hour courier service is also available. Please select it in the drop down list. Your total cost is displayed in the right hand side of the drop down box selected.

Example: 3-5 day Courier (Free Del.) - £85.00 GBP 24 hr Courier (+ £5.00) - £90.00 GBP

This shows the total cost for the product AND delivery is either £85 for 3 to 5 day courier or £90 for the product AND delivery via 24 hour courier.

Online purchase and delivery is only available to UK mainland & Northern Ireland.

For online purchases payment maybe made in the following ways:

Note: We use Paypal® as a transaction merchant to provide all our payment facilities. Don't worry you don't need an account with Paypal®, and it won't cost you a penny extra, plus they are one of the most secure online transaction merchants for payments available.

VAT is included in all quoted prices on this site.

If the available ways of payment listed above are not suitable for you, then please send an email to BankTranferPayment requesting to do a bank transfer and we will reply with details on making a direct bank to bank transfer.

Return / Refund / Cancellation policy

Returns are only accepted on the basis of a product being incorrectly supplied, damaged or faulty.

We must be informed within 7 days after date of delivery of the item. If you wish to return an item you must email us in the first instance to Returns Department and we will issue you a returns number. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

A restocking administration fee of GBP £15 will be applicable for all unwanted items (Items that are returned due to manufacturing fault or incorrect delivery will not be subject to this charge).
